UPDATE: PLEASE NOTE THAT A $2 CHARGE  WILL BE ASSESSED TO YOUR FINAL BALANCE IN THE FORM OF A PPE SURCHARGE. PURCHASE OF ANY PRODUCT WILL VOID THE PPE SURCHARGE.

 

BECAUSE OF THE DISTANCE IN BETWEEN VISITS MAY HAVE CAUSED MORE REGROWTH THAN PAST VISITS AN EXTRA COLOR CHARGE MAY BE APPLIED IF MORE IS MIXED FOR COVERAGE. 

 

  • OUR WAITING AREA FOR ARRIVING GUESTS IS TEMPORARILY CLOSED. WHEN YOU ARRIVE PLEASE CALL 508-992-7022 AND REMAIN IN YOUR CAR. WHEN YOUR STYLIST IS READY WE WILL CALL OR TEXT YOU TO COME INSIDE. PLEASE LEAVE ANY EXTRA GARMENTS, OUTERWEAR, OR ACCESSORIES IN YOUR CAR.

 

  • ALL STAFF AND GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO WASH OR SANITIZE HANDS UPON ARRIVAL. STATIONS AND SINKS ARE SANITIZED AFTER EVERY USE. STYLISTS WILL CONTINUE TO WASH OR SANITIZE HANDS IN BETWEEN EACH INDIVIDUAL GUEST. HAND SANITIZER WILL BE LOCATED IN 5 LOCATIONS THROUGHOUT THE SALON.

  • ALL STAFF AND GUESTS WILL BE REQUIRED TO ANSWER BASIC HEALTH QUESTIONS AND HAVE THEIR TEMPERATURE CHECKED UPON ARRIVAL. IF YOUR TEMPERATURE IS OVER 100.3 DEGREES YOU WILL BE SENT HOME AND UNABLE TO RETURN UNTIL YOUR TEMPERATURE IS BELOW 100.3 DEGREES. IF YOU ARE SICK OR HAVE BEEN AROUND SOMEONE WHO IS SICK PLEASE RESCHEDULE BEFORE TRAVELING TO THE SALON. IF YOU HAVE TRAVELED INTERNATIONALLY OR DOMESTICALLY BY PLANE, BUS, OR TRAIN WE REQUIRE THAT YOU WAIT 14 DAYS BEFORE VISITING SALON B. PLEASE BE HONEST AND FORTHRIGHT WITH THE PRESENCE OF ANY COVID-19 SYMPTOMS. SALON B HAS STYLISTS AND GUESTS THAT ARE CONSIDERED HIGH RISK. THE FAILURE TO DISCLOSE THESE DETAILS PUTS OUR STAFF AND OTHER GUESTS IN DANGER.

 

  • ALL STAFF AND GUESTS MUST WEAR A MASK THAT LOOPS BEHIND THE EARS TO ENTER THE SALON. YOUR MASK MUST BE WORN AT ALL TIMES WHILE INSIDE THE SALON. SALON STAFF MUST WEAR GLASSES, GOGGLES, OR FACE SHIELDS IN COMBINATION WITH THEIR MASK AND A DISPOSABLE SMOCK. CLIENTS MUST BRING THEIR OWN MASK.

  • WE ASK THAT YOU MAINTAIN SOCIAL DISTANCING AT ALL TIMES. SPACING BETWEEN GUESTS SHOULD BE 6 FEET AT ALL TIMES, EXCEPT WHEN STAFF IS SERVICING GUESTS. FURNITURE AND EQUIPMENT HAS BEEN REMOVED TO PROMOTE SAFE DISTANCING BETWEEN GUESTS. 6 FOOT MARKERS WILL BE FOUND ON THE FLOOR THROUGHOUT THE SALON.

 

  • AS WE LIMIT THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE ALLOWED INSIDE THE SALON THE ACCOMPANIMENT OF A GUARDIAN , FRIEND, OR CHILD AT YOUR VISIT WILL BE PROHIBITED AT THIS TIME. DUE TO OUR PRIORITY TO PRACTICE THE SAFEST DISTANCING POSSIBLE PERSONS NOT RECEIVING SERVICES CANNOT ENTER THE SALON. CHILDREN OR TEEN SERVICES WILL NOT BE SERVICED AT THIS TIME. EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE FOR CLIENTS WHO HAVE MOBILITY ISSUES AND NEED ASSISTANCE.

  • WHILE YOUR COLOR IS PROCESSING YOU WILL BE ASKED TO MOVE THROUGHOUT THE SALON AS LITTLE AS POSSIBLE. YOUR STYLIST MAY STEP OUTSIDE DURING PROCESSING TO REDUCE THE NUMBER OF PERSONS INSIDE THE SALON. IF YOU ARE IN NEED OF YOUR STYLIST OR GENERAL ASSISTANCE PLEASE NOTIFY A CLIENT SPECIALIST. YOUR FUTURE VISITS WILL BE ENCOURAGED TO BE MADE FROM YOUR SEAT AT YOUR STYLING STATION. THIS WILL CUT DOWN ON TRAFFIC. WE ENCOURAGE SCHEDULING YOUR VISITS THROUGH THE END OF THE YEAR.

  • ALL TOUCH POINTS WITH HIGH TRAFFIC SUCH AS DOOR KNOBS, HANDLES, FAUCETS, LEVERS, LIDS, ETC. WILL BE WIPED DOWN AS PART OF A VIGOROUS CLEANING SCHEDULE.

 

  • ALL SERVICES ARE BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. WALK-IN SERVICES WILL NOT​ BE PERFORMED AT THIS TIME.

 

  • MAGAZINES AND BEVERAGES WILL NOT BE OFFERED AT THIS TIME. IN AN UPDATE TO OUR POLICY OUTSIDE BEVERAGES ARE NO LONGER ALLOWED.

  • OUR RETAIL AREA IS TEMPORARILY CLOSED. IF YOU NEED ASSISTANCE IN PURCHASING PRODUCT PLEASE LET YOUR STYLIST KNOW.

 

  • FACIAL WAXING SERVICES WILL NOT BE PERFORMED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.

  • WHILE YOUR HAIR IS BEING WASHED AT THE SINK WE ASK THAT YOU AND YOUR STYLIST REFRAIN FROM CONVERSATION. CLOSE YOUR EYES AND SILENTLY ENJOY YOUR RELAXING HEAD MASSAGE.

  • ALL RESCHEDULING OF VISITS AFFECTED BY OUR CLOSURE AND SCHEDULING OF NEW VISITS WILL REQUIRE A CREDIT CARD ON FILE. CASH WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AT THIS TIME. THIS METHOD WILL ENCOURAGE LESS CONTACT WITH OUR FRONT DESK STAFF. AS ALWAYS WE ARE APPRECIATIVE OF ANY GRATUITY GIVEN TO MEMBERS OF OUR STAFF. WE ASK THAT YOU REFRAIN FROM GRATUITY IN THE FORM OF CASH, CHECK, OR CREDIT CARD. SALON B'S PREFERRED GRATUITY METHOD IS THE VENMO APP.

 

  • PLEASE REST ASSURED THAT WE HAVE PROVIDED EXTRA SANITATION MEASURES. INCLUDING BARBICIDE TRAINING AND CERTIFICATION, CLEANING STATIONS AND SINKS AFTER EVERY CLIENT, AND OBSERVING STATE GUIDELINES BY DISINFECTING ALL SURFACES AND IMPLEMENTS AND LAUNDERING ALL CAPES AND TOWELS IN BETWEEN EACH CLIENT. WE HAVE ALSO REMOVED ANY NON-ESSENTIAL ITEMS THROUGHOUT OUR BUSINESS. WE ARE FULLY STOCKED ON PPE AND ALL CLEANING SUPPLIES.

  • DELAYS MAY BE UNAVOIDABLE AS WE LEARN BEST PRACTICES. THIS IS UNCHARTED TERRITORY FOR ALL BUT WITH PATIENCE AND UNDERSTANDING WE WILL SEE THIS THROUGH TOGETHER.
